Privacy Policy

Clinic owner data (you)

• Name, email address, clinic name and address
• Payment information (processed by Lemon Squeezy — we never see full card details)
• Google Calendar OAuth tokens (encrypted at rest)

Patient data (collected on your behalf during calls)

• Caller name and phone number
• Email address (if given, for calendar invite)
• Appointment date, time, and type
• Reason for visit (brief free-text)

What we do NOT store

• Full call audio
• Medical history, diagnoses, or treatment records
• Insurance or patient payment information

We share data only with vendors needed to provide the service:

We do not sell data. We do not use patient data for marketing.

• Access or correct the data we hold about you
• Delete your account — data deleted within 60 days of request
• Export your data in CSV format
• Opt out of non-essential communications

• Clinic owner data: retained while active + 60 days post-cancellation
• Call logs and booking records: 12 months, then automatically deleted
• Payment records: 7 years (legal requirement)
